Blue Ocean Wireless has put into receivership?

Blue Ocean Wireless has abandoned its offices in England, and the owners say their left no forwarding address. I see that even Internet advertising, which still must be commercial, but there are thousands and the owners refused to pay. So there must be gone bankrupt?

I think they are settlement operations in Europe, and only a token presence is now abandoned. All operations are now in the Philippines. No idea of having money, but maybe they are trying to disappear now, retired.
